 Every night this week, say a prayer of thanksgiving before you go to bed, thanking God for all the blessings in your life and being grateful for another day.

Exercise 4

Do four sets of 25 sit ups and 15 push ups.  Do this workout every other day this week. Don't be afraid to do push ups on your knees if you need to!
