Body & Soul Weekly Challenge: February 23rd
Think of one person you can pray for today, and every time you are stopped at a stop light or every time a commercial comes on TV while you are watching your favorite show tonight, say a prayer for them. Pick a different person to pray for every day this week.
Four days this week, run in place for 1 minute, do 25 mountain climbers, 25 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, and 25 sit ups. Do this workout 4 times, resting 3 minutes in between each set.
