Do 4 sets of running in place for 1 minute, do 10 push ups, 30 sit ups, and 50 jumping jacks. Do this work out 4 days this week.

Read the daily readings and gospel every day this week.  Also, if you haven't made it confession this Lent, try and get to confession during this Holy Week.
